A recent article from the Wall Street Journal outlined some interesting reasons why now could be a good time to buy a home - ranging from the tax savings, to the reduced prices, or the fact that the U.S. population is forecasted to grow by 100 million people over the next 40 years and those 100 million people will need a place to live. And as we always say, you can't build more land (except maybe in Dubai), so housing will only get more scarce and in higher demand and time goes on.
