The Federal Government recently announced that funding for guarantee fees of USDA loans will be depleted sometime in April.  Lenders will no longer be accepting new submissions of USDA loans in the near future.

At this time, there is no mandatory close and/or fund date provided the loan has an effective commitment with no restrictions or has not expired.

 

We will provide notification of reinstatement of the program as soon as additional funds become available.

Note: It has been speculated that new funds may not be available until October 2010.
